The greatest benefit to switching phone operating systems every few years is delight. On the surface, I find myself scoffing at iOS 14’s most basic features (wow… widgets…), but deep down I am delighted by the standard it sets in cleanliness and platform familiarity. iOS and OS X are much more compatible than was the case a few years ago, back when I traded my iPhone 6 for a Samsung.
One pleasant discovery is the friendliness of GitHub clients. I’m happy to learn that publishing to this personal site on Github through my phone is no longer a pain in the. butt thanks to Working Copy.
