- Chicken, marinaded in taco seasoning mix, olive oil, honey, lime, garlic
- Thinly-sliced cabbage
- Pickled red cabbage
- Balsamic vinegar-marinaded small tomatoes
- Finely cut red onion
- Cilantro
- Scallion
- Creme fraiche / yoghurt / buttermilk drizzle on top
- Guac on the side
