I had been incredibly tired the past few days, to the point where I wasn’t even able to concentrate during meetings. Went to bed a bit early and put away my phone, which seemed to help. It’s so curious that the quality of sleep changes so dramatically depending on what you’re giving your eyes right before bed. I mean, I’ve known that for years, but I guess the pandemic has left me in a space where I’m finally noticing the real effects of it.
